Hawke Ipox cosplays as her Dungeons & Dragons character Dhampir the life Cleric — a form of LARPing within the D&D community. “I like D&D because it’s not only given me an escape to be who I truly want to be, but my first true D&D group has given me the bestest friends I could’ve ever asked for,” Ipox said.


Tabetha Kitchens cosplays as her Dungeons & Dragons character Tolva the Druid. Cosplay is a form of live-action role-playing (LARPing) within the D&D community.

Edalyn Shaw cosplays as her LARPing character Enfina Clawthorne that she uses to participate in a sub brand of LARPing called Bellagarth. “I play the game for the roleplaying aspects which bring a little magic to reality, and the technical aspects of the combat. I also really enjoy the camaraderie and inclusiveness at the park,” Shaw said.

Steven Gould cosplays as his LARPing character Darthaniel that he uses to participate in a sub brand of LARPing called Bellagarth. “I play the game for camaraderie after retiring from the army this has given me a good community for camaraderie,” Gould said.
